Convened by We Make The Future, the Black Race Class Narrative Project is a cohort of strategic communicators and community organizers from Black-led and serving state-level and local organizations, committed to using race-forward messaging to mobilize Black audiences and achieve policy and legislative victories for Black people.
The cohort convenes regularly to discuss challenges and needs, share insights and strategies, and collaborate on Race Class Narrative research, experimentation, and implementation.
In 2020, Black RCN developed the Deliver Black Dreams campaign and messaging guidance to aid in the mobilization of Black voters.
Deliver Black Dreams in Action
Columbus, Ohio's Deliver Black Dreams mural was created through a partnership with Artfluential and Ohio Organizing Collaborative. It was designed to be a positive reminder that Black people have the power to reimagine a place where we all live abundantly and thrive.
